 I get a fair few responses from potential employers, and there has been a trend of them arriving late compared to the application time, and most often at a time when nobody is supposed to be working. There is a pattern of this where it is either based on somebody really getting their energy together before the working week, or something to do with AI. Unfortunately, I made a conscious decision to use my own thinking powers to complete my work. Therefore any running out of tokens, pricing issues or anything to do with quotas and time limits are escaping me. After all, replacing your worrying about real-life issues, with worrying about token cost, various ad-hoc changes in pricing and the risk of running out of budget just before a required task is completed smacks of unprofessionalism.  I did not fully understand why, but I felt like e-commerce was going to be A THING. Before anything else made sense, and I have quit a well-paying job in a bank (more on this in a separate post), I decided I need to build an e-commerce business. I had a few people in my circle, seemingly concerned with the same things that I was. Motorcycles. Without naming anyone, it took some convincing to get them to join. This was early 2007. Fast forward 20 years later, they are in charge.

 In the race to the bottom, all AI users who are trying to "monetise" are fully aware of their work being COMPLETE SLOP. So if you go to an website created by AI it will tell you not to use AI. As if the user who was there first has won. Such is the state of applications for jobs now. If you create your profile with AI, then the AI filtering your application as part of the AI application stream will need to consider if it was AI-made. While this seems like a conundrum and a massive hypocrisy, this is EXACTLY how the world works right now. And all the while, there is a HUMAN and the bottom of this chain, FEEDING on he rest of this. And this human, and a few more up his chain would see my thoughts be banned from internet, because they still think they can win.

 A man with missing teeth, tattos covering all visible body, smell of herbal substances being smoked in the warehouse, where the previous company owner and the MD was demoted to by his own will. This is how I worked and the son of the "tattoo" man was passing by my desk smashing his palm with the fist of his other hand as if by accident. I told you this was worth the wait. A story like no other. Not the worst in my experience, but unique to a point of revealing how this life works. To be continued...

 "Go to another room!" - the MD is shouting at me. I replied to his email where he was pretending to care, and after weeks of being exhausted by the conflicting demands of his and 7 other "managers" who were urging me to fix their website that took YEARS and countless thousands of pounds to mess up to a state that I had inherited, I said in my reply: "I will do it, just let me do my job". I have never come across lack of professionalism in my life before, after a career in banking and various startups spanning more than 20 years. This year it was beginning to look like I was in a MATRIX. The director proceeded to shout at me, while I was trying to walk it off outside, nervously trying to turn the volume on my phone up. He was in China, Dubai, or some place else. Not in the office. Typical. This story is worth a small book, and maybe one day it will see the light of being published. To be continued...

 I just came across a video on Youtube, that is discussing a "negative sentiment against AI" as a cause for investigation and a marker for terrorism. There must be powers beyond what we can see, that are affecting this. I literally know what I am talking about, but there is a lot more work to be done before we realiste who and what is IN CONTROL.

 The race to the bottom with the help of AI has resulted in so many spin-off efforts, that even AI itself is now confused. Whoever used to benefit from fleecing clients is now having to compete with the wannabees and the clients themselves. One company I had a job interview for was happily hacking an old website of their client just to keep them happy. It was obvious, that the CEO himself, doing all the work with AI now had very little idea about how it was built, but was happy to announce, that the client at least paid them "some money" for the fix. I.e. a literal race TO THE BOTTOM, in complete disregard of the long term. You asked for it, AI is here.

 Where the echo-chamber of social media has gone from AI to AI replying to itself and ridicule to anything reasonable, including "sins" currently punishable by law, such a s discrimination about gender (see my previous post here ), this remains the only place to point out the hypocrisy and explain how ENERGY WORKS and why the ENERGY PENDULUMS are at work when people are feeling so brave in acting contrary to the laws. Laws are for OTHERS. Not the ones under the protection. This has been known for ages as various clubs, circles and hidden societies that continue to run this world. If you are under a protection of an ENERGY PENDULUM, you can act as if law does not exist. It will PUNISH the opponents. With one caveat. It FEEDS ON YOU. You are the one who is wasting energy under the illusion of eventual domination. In AI terms this is JAIL. Ie. creating work by bottom-of-the-ladder, and the analogy of PYRAMID SCHEME.

 For the last few months, LinkedIn has been evolving into an echo chamber, and the latest iteration is an AI filtering of comments. Ie. anything countering the "favourites" is banned by default. It will return "your comment can not be posted at this time", purely for AI detecting a sentiment going against the grain. This is directly related to a concept of "energy pendulums" where only the favourites of a certain entity are allowed to exist. While this may sound like good news, if you are a LinkedIn favourite, all you are doing is being drained of your energy in serving a machine.

 I have been banned from LinkedIn due to repeated attempts to show AI agents that they were wrong. The humans behind them thought they were doing very well and their engagement, as well as the newly-found ability to written in contorted "AI-English" was looking to them like a formula for success. I said it then, and well before it became a commonly known thing, that there will be a time when AI will be considered stupid. How do you feel about AI today?

 I created this as a summary of my experience, of working with the UTTERLY incompetent people in the industry of e-commerce. The proliferation of HEADLESS e-commerce is EXACTLY THAT. Somebody unable to develop, latching on to work of others and branching out in an attempt to dominate. The key offenders? A template known as the "silver bullet" in Magento Commerce. The template that was deemed to be a solution to incompetence of developers of web agencies (also known as "digital agency" in the UK). It is also now NOT deemed to be part of HEADLESS. WHY? because countless others have tried and failed in this space. I have worked with front-end developers unable to comprehend software engineering, being VERY CONFIDENT in their work, as far as they bypass any work themselves. This is how the vacuum of brain (a pronounciation of the name of the template) was born.

 The answer: AI shills on LinkedIn. Any and EVERY AI user who had a dream to DOMINATE against others by DECEPTION.
